A small form.
A clear purpose.

This notice covers this website and its beta-request form. Taylor Glad operates the website for Console Programming Assistant. Contact: [email protected].

What you submit

The beta form asks for your name, email address, console family, optional message, and permission to contact you. We store these details, the request date, and the notice version you agreed to. Please do not include scripts, cast information, payment details, or other sensitive material.

How we use it

We use your request to coordinate beta access, ask about your testing setup, and follow up on testing. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to general marketing. We do not sell beta-request information.

Hosting and abuse prevention

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores beta requests in Cloudflare Workers KV. Cloudflare processes network information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the service. For form abuse prevention, the website stores a hash derived from your IP address and the current date, plus a request count, for up to 24 hours. The form record does not contain your IP address. This daily hash is used for rate limiting, not visitor profiling.

The site does not load advertising trackers, analytics scripts, external fonts, or optional tracking cookies. Cloudflare may process request information or set security cookies as part of its hosting and security services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

How long we keep requests

Beta-form records expire automatically after 12 months. Sending a new request with the same email updates the existing form record and restarts that period. If you email us, the correspondence is also processed through Gmail and may be kept separately for ongoing support.

Your choices

You can withdraw permission for beta follow-up or ask to access, correct, or delete your beta-form record by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify that you control the email address on the request.

Downloads, purchases, and app use

This website currently offers beta requests, not public downloads or checkout. Purchase, licensing, and app privacy information will be provided before those services are opened publicly. This website notice does not describe what you choose to send to a separate AI service.
